Concise Design Group

Concise Design Group LLC is a Brookline based design studio offering architectural and interior design services to residential and commercial clients. Founded in 2008 by Andrew Falkenstein, our office remains small, focused on compelling, collaborative projects of all scales.

We bring an honest and straightforward approach to our work, uniquely informed by circumstance, process, and ultimately the act of building itself. It is our goal to bring the vision of the client, the particulars of the site, and the means of construction together to create an enduring, livable, and practical architecture that enriches the lives of its users.

We excel at navigating the project approval process and have obtained variances, special permits and historic commission approvals. Assistance with bidding and negotiating with contractors is also an important part of our services. During construction, we play a critical role in assisting the client with the successful completion of the project.
