Newton Highlands Renovation & Addition

The renovation of this 1912 Colonial Revival , which had not been updated in 50 years, prioritized items which would most prepared the house for resale. The master suite was renovated while the kitchen was modernized. Crucial mechanical system updated improved comfort and operating costs. A previously undefined space at the top of the rear staircase was divided to provide an extra full bath and adaptable den/ au pair suite.
